Standardized Test Prep

SAT/ACT Preparation

Westminster School offers in person, remote and online options for SAT and ACT preparation. These seasoned educators provide highly individualized, one-on-one test prep tutorials and small group SAT and ACT preparation courses throughout the academic year.


In Person ACT or SAT Preparation
On campus, in person, one-on-one or small group SAT and ACT tutorials will be offered throughout the academic year. Highly individualized tutorials target strategy and skill development while taking into account the strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences of individuals. Tutorials are scheduled at the convenience of individual students during free blocks, after school, or during evening study hall. For information regarding fees and registration for test preparation tutorials, please contact the individual tutor.

Heather Carroll - Verbal
Heather Carroll has been a private SAT coach for the past 19 years; she is best known for her approachable style and ability to make even complicated concepts and strategies accessible and applicable to all students. 

Michelle Hiscox - Math (Starting Fall 2025)
With a bachelor’s in Mathematics and a master’s in Secondary Mathematics Education, Michelle has been teaching in the classroom and offering individualized tutoring services for 25 years.

Vicki Saucier - Verbal
Mrs. Saucier has a bachelor’s in education and a master’s in English and has been providing individualized instruction to Westminster students for over 19 years.
Online or Remote ACT or SAT Preparation
Online and remote resources make it easy for learners to access tailored study plans and collaborative support from anywhere.

Stu Radin

A professional engineer, Stu has been teaching and tutoring since 2005, making a career change after a 20-year career in engineering and the construction industry.

Teagan Stedman
Teagan Stedman ’18 has been tutoring Westminster students since 2022. He prioritizes guiding students to sure-footed intuitions for problems and concepts by questioning their components from the ground up. Teagan is a proud Westminster alum, 2022 graduate of Harvard University and is currently a PhD student at Columbia University.

Kay Tutoring is a professional tutoring and coaching center dedicated to enhancing academic achievement and life skills through personalized in-person and remote tutoring, college preparation, and comprehensive academic support.

Khan Academy is a non-profit educational platform that provides free, world-class online lessons and interactive exercises in a wide range of subjects for learners of all ages.
